We would like to rent out our one-bedroom unit at LaCabana Beach Club, with a Saturday, September 11 check-in. This is a poolside ground floor unit with convenient access to everything. Straight out the backdoor, with no elevators to fool with. This unit will sleep 4 by using the sofa bed in the living room area.

We are pricing this VERY reasonably. We love it, but unfortunately won’t be able to go this year.

We are asking $500 for the week. This is less than half of what even another owner would pay. The published owner’s price is $169 per night for this unit.

I am interested in buying a timeshare a LaCabana.

I have been told that Lacabana is haveing financial problems. Have you heard this to be true? I have also heard that the maintenance fees are going up every year to make up for the lack of ownership, Is this true?

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
