IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN SIZE OR LAYOUT OF THE STUDIO UNITS IN THE TOWER AND THE VILLAS- SOMEONE TOLD ME THAT THE VILLAS WERE BIGGER. IS THIS TRUE?

I am an owner at the Phoenix and stayed in both. The sq. ft. is about the same but the lay out is different. I own in the tower, love the view. The lower building(has an elevator) 3 floors. If you are on the first you really have to keep your curtain closed. The tower 6th floor or high on the Wyndham side has a great view of the island out to the lighthouse. I own a Villa pool side. The villas are newly built and better than the tower.
