Why do so many people respond to this BB and not e-mail the person directly. All you have to do is click on the authors name and you should be able to send them an e-mail.
You know owners are not going to list prices out here, so why do you respond asking for more info. Just e-mail the author directly. Even when an author instructs people to not respond out here and ask them to e-mail directly, people just ignore it and respond. Why, Why, Why.
