Radisson Suites

I have not found much information on the suites of Radisson Aruba. I am looking for input from anyone who has stayed in the Bonaire Suite, Curacao Suite, or Aruba Suite. Specifically, I am interested in what you thought about the suite (was it worth the extra $), type of view from the suite, why you chose that particular suite over the other two, and what rate where you able to get. Thank you in advance.

Re: Radisson Suites

I have stayed w/ my husband and my son twice at the Radisson and we always stay in the Aruba Building in an Ocean/Pool view room which is perfect. I asked to see one of the suites in the Aruba Tower and it was very nice but it only had one king size bed which I guess is ok for two people. From what I can see on the internet, it looks like they all only have one king size bed. They are very nice though. All marble and tile. Nice new kitchen and a nice view but you can get just as good of a view from the ocean/pool rooms. I don't like the other two buildings because I like to be in the main building. The others are off to the side. You can go to arubaradisson.com and look at the rooms. They are all very nice. We will be back there May 28th-June 5th. Have a great time!!!!!

Re: Radisson Suites

We just got back and stayed in a Curacao suite. I did not see an Aruba or Bonaire suite. There are 3 buildings on the property and the Curacao building is the one furthest removed from the main lobby. The suite was large (about 700 square feet). We were on the second floor and had no view (even though we faced the ocean)...the trees are too tall. I would say you would have to be on the 4th or 5th floor (5 floor building) to have much of a view.

The room was nice...king bed in one room with pullout couch in the other. Think Embassy Suites, but nicer and larger) They also gave us a crib which there was plenty of room for in either the bedroom part or the living room part. The room is very large. There were 2 balconies, but neither gets much sun since the overhangs on both block most of the sun.

We had a great stay. I would recommend the room, but it is a lot to pay for no view.

Re: Radisson Suites

Thank you both Rosanne and Matt for your comments. I went ahead and booked the Aruba suite yesterday because it is for my honeymoon and I want my fiance to have an unforgettable experience in Aruba. The lowest suite in the Aruba tower is on the 3rd floor and there are no trees blocking any of the views. Supposedly, it is the best suite at the Radisson....second only to the Penthouse which is on the 9th floor of the Aruba tower. I can't wait to get to Aruba!
