A one bedroom unit (sleeps 4) for rent for Carnival week in Aruba. Asking $1200. CPV has two pools and two wonderful jacuzzis, as well as one of the nicest restaurants on the island. CPV is more laid back than the beach resorts and less noisy. There is a shuttle to and from the beach, but a car is recommended.

CPV is nice, but CLOSE TO NOTHING but a restaurant and a DRUG STORE - you need a TAXI for everything, beach, restaurants, supermarkets etc.......or your own car - with children I dont recommend it - your call.....................mostly elderly people there

John, CPV is inland in Noord. It is about a mile from the high rise hotels. You can see them from the room. We don't have children so I have not looked at the activities for children. They have a library and I have seen children in the pool. I can try to get a copy of a sample activity chart if you are interested. Often families come down the same week every year so kids get to know each other and everyone is friendly. Linda
