Price is $350 for the unit for the week - payment by money order or certified check to me. Upon payment (must be nonrefundable because we're so close in time now), I will have guest certificate issued in your name (assuming you are the traveler - must be issued in the name of one of the people checking in) and delivered to you to present to the resort (basically your "ticket"). Other charges associated with the unit that would be your responsibility: obviously, you are responsible to the resort for any damages, etc., also the resort charges $6/day occupancy tax and $10/week energy surcharge (not a lot but you should know that).
