Mark - If I were you, I would stay in the high-rise area because of the terrible sewer smell in the low-rise area and also because the high-rise area is much nicer with more things to do.

I disagree with Susan. We stay at the casa del mar which is next to the divi and have never had a sewer problem. anyways my vote would be for the divi. i know people who own timeshare at the tam and haven't been pleased. divi has alot to offer.

MARK,
THE DIVI IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!! WE STAYED THERE FOR 14 DAYS IN JULY AND ARE GOING BACK AGAIN. THE FOOD IS GOOD, THE SERVICE IS GREAT, THE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY AND THE FACILITIES ARE AWESOME!! THE MAIN POOL(THERE ARE TWO) IS STEPS FROM THE BEACH. THE PELICAN BAR IS RIGHT ON THE BEACH~~GREAT FOR WATCHING THE FABULOUS SUNSETS EVERY NIGHT!! I'LL SAY IT AGAIN~~THE DIVI IS THE BEST!!!

I drove by last week and was absolutely shocked at the foul odor of the sewerage. I didn't really believe it when I read it on the message boards, but seeing or in this case smelling is believing GROSS!!!!!
