Royal Palm Club at the Aruba Grande

Dear People;
It is a one bed room beach front villa which sleeps 4 with a pull out couch in the living room. My time is week 6 which is usually the second week in Feb.
This is an apartment on the ocean.

I have two entrances one from the hotel and one from the beach. I actualy have a wrought iron fenced in front the yard with a beautiful garden. Open the gate and you are on the beach. That is Palm Beach. The palm trees are tall and have plenty shade and just great for an afternoon nap.

It has a beautiful view of the ocean and the beach from both the living room and bedrroom. The living room is huge and both the living room and bedroom haave satelite TV's. It has a full kitchen with the execption of an oven which has a microwave in its stead.

It has a Greecian Style bathroom with a jacuzzi type tub and and a free standing shower stall. Plenty of closet space with a safe available.

When you can walk to the beach and from the beach for something in the room, You learn to appreciate a beachfront villa. No eleavotrs or stairs to climb. I am aasking $16,500 for the unit with 32 years left on the lease. To rent the unit for a week I am asking $1,600.00. Beleive me either way you will not be sorry.

Yours truly

RE: Royal Palm Club at the Aruba Grande

I have a one bedroom beach front villa at the Aruba Grand.It has a private entrance with an iron gate surrounding my front yard. It sleeps 4. Has a fantastic beachfront view from the couch in my living room and bedroom.It has almost a full kitchen (microwave not oven)
Decorated beautifully. Huge living room with sattelite TV and large bedroon with its own TV.The bathoom is absoultely huge. Jacuzzi type bath tub which is molded to your back and a separate shower.

I have been going to Aruba for fifteen years and the same employees have been there year after year.The doorman always greets me welcome home.

This unit is absolutely beautiful. You wake up, walk out my your front door, open the iron gate and you are on the beach. Many palm trees on the beach. Absolutely the most beutiful part of Palm Beach. And to kick it off, the Aruba Grand has both time share units and hotel rooms. So you live in an apartment for a week but still have all the amenities of a hotel.

It is week, 6 Friday to Friday 2/7/03-2/14/03. Asking $1,200 for the week. Would also consider selling. I bought a new unit that has two bedrooms. I had two different units but as I get older repacking to go into my second unit became too much of a hassel.

Beleive me you will not be disappointed!
