I saw your ad for the Ocean Club villa for sale. Have you put in for your 2006 week yet? Tell me the logistics of buying a timeshare through this thread. I have not idea how safe this is (please don't take offense at that!!) I have a two bedroom during the platnium season. There's a part of me that wishes I had gotten gold season. I may be interested in this.

Anybody have any experience buying a timeshre this way? Any suggestions?

I just bought a resale . We each hired an Atty to handle the transaction, it's safer/smoother this way!

The Atty cost $500.00 (well spent dollars)!
