A family from Mass. has cancelled all 3 units for Christmas. I have 3 poolside penthouse villas side by side -- a 750 sq ft studio (sleeps 4), and two 1 bdrm 2 bath 850 sq ft units (each sleeps 4). These can be rented separately or combined by using the internal connecting doors to make a 2 bdrm 3 bath or even a 3 bdrm 5 bath 2400 sq ft villa. As penthouse units you have use of the rooftop where there sre 2 hot tubs, a bbq grill and lounge area. Each unit has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, 42 inch plasma tv and a terrace with views of the infinity pool with slide, golf course and ocean. These units are in the best location of this resort in that there are very few units that are both penthouse units and have an ocean view.

The available dates are 12/23-12/30, however I also have 12/22 booked as well. Right now there are some good airfares available from New York, Boston and other East Coast airports.

Ideally I can find someone to at least rent one or two of the units and I will use the other one or two units myself, however I am flexible since I own elsewhere as well. I told the family from Mass. that even though their deposit was for the entire 3 units, I would refund their entire deposit if I was able to rent out one of the units. So please help out a family get their money back.

I understand that since this is a new development there are many people that are unfamiliar with this resort. There is a family from Chicago that is renting all 3 units for New Years week and they checked out my units when they stayed at their Costa Linda timeshare last month. The wife told me that she was blown away by my place and would be willing to correspond via e-mail with anyone that wanted to get her take on this resort and my units.

Please let me know the price of renting these separate and all together. Would love to know the prices to discuss with my family.

I am asking $2000/week for the studio, $2450/week for the 1 bdrm 2 bath, $3800/week for the 2 bdrm 3 bath and $5900/week for all 3 units giving you a 3 bdrm 5 bath 2400 sq ft villa. At $5900/week for all 3 units you would be paying the same as just 2 hotel rooms at the Holiday Inn for these dates (including tax). Marriott gets $650 plus 20% tax per night for these dates. I should add that my penthouse units are on the 3rd floor of a 3 story building. There are no elevators, but I am only 2 flights up and there is a very nice, wide outdoor stairway.
