We are offering for rent a week in Marriott's Aruba Surf Club, Aruba's newest timeshare property.

For the Thanksgiving week, the property includes an Oceanside/view one bedroom-one bath villa with over 800 sq. feet. It has one balcony, master suite with stretch and soak tub, fully equipped kitchen TV’s, DVD player, washer /dryer, crib, pull out couch, internet access, daily tidy service and much more. The unit sleeps up to 4 people.

The Surf Club is walking distance to both the Ocean Club and Marriott. In addition the resort also features swimming pools with slide, lazy river & whirlpool spa, nearby casinos and water sports rentals.

The dates for use are:

One week from Friday November 17, 2006 to Friday November 24, 2006 (Thanksgiving week)

Price: $1,500.00 for the week of Thanksgiving.
This price includes all applicable taxes and fees. No additional costs to you.
There is a 20% Non Refundable Deposit due to hold the week. The remainder of the balance is due 3 months after reservation is made or before vacation, whichever comes first.

Renter’s agreement will be provided.
