Tierra del Sol vs. Radisson

How does Tierra del Sol compare to the Radisson? Is Tierra del Sol secluded from the rest of the island.

Re: Tierra del Sol vs. Radisson

Radisson is ON the Beach. Tierra is more a golf resort NOT near the beach.

Re: Tierra del Sol vs. Radisson

TierraDelSol is not on the beach or near the other hotels but it is just wonderful. The Radisson is on a strip with all of the other hotels, casinos and restaurants. If you stay up at TierraDelSol you will need a car to go just about anywhere. Whichever you pick have a wonderful trip.

Re: Tierra del Sol vs. Radisson

Tierra del Sol isn't what you'd call "out in the boonies" but it's location is such that you'd definitely want & need to have a car to get to the resort beaches/casinos & every restaurant except the one there at Tierra del Sol because the price of cabs back and forth would quickly mount up. It really is a lovely area, probably the prettiest on the island.
The Rad sits amongst the rest of the high rise resorts right on Palm Beach. Easy to get to them all by way of the path on the beach side of the hotels or via the sidewalk in front as well as the ability to walk to many restaurants and close access to the "staging area" of many water sports activities.

Re: Tierra del Sol vs. Radisson

If you can afford either one then don't even think about it, go to the Marriott !!!! There is no comparison !!!!
