Questions:
Do all 1 bedroom timeshares in LaQuinta AND Paradise Beach Villa have patio's?
Casa Del Mar - Are all the 1 bedroom units on the ocean side and all studios across the street?

Yes, LaQuinta and Paradise Beach have a balcony or patio. NO, the Casa del Mar ONE bedroom units are NOT on the ocean. Only the two bedroom units are on the beach. They don't have studios. The one bedroom units are across the back parking lot from the two bedrooms. definitely not on the beach.
