How much are you asking for this week? I own at the Phoenix already and I am looking for another week, How many weeks left do you have?? Why are u selling? Could it be the crazy airline prices??

We are asking 10,500. We have 36 years left on the lease. 8 years can be accelerated so you can stay 2 weeks at a time. The unit is a 1 kingsize bedroom, 1 & 1/2 baths, full kitchen, open living area. 2 tvs, vcr, 2 balconies on the sunset side.

do you mean 8 "weeks" can be accelerated...8 years = 1 week a year total of 8 weeks ???

Max, well yes, I guess I could have explained it that way...it hard to explain sometimes. 8 years = 8 weeks that can be brought forward to use with any years you wish so you have 2 weeks together....
