How long have you owned units and whay are you selling? Not happy with management of facility, upkeep etc?

We have 29 weeks left on week 5 and I believe 37 on week 6. We are selling because we bought a home there last Dec.. We never had a problem with management or our stays there. The grounds are meticulously maintained, the golf corse looks great. We think it is the best looking timeshare on the island next to Tierra del Sol. The staff members are very helpful and friendly, theyare as they say very happy!
