    Tropicana question

Hello everyone! We are headed back for our 3rd visit! Nov 4-13. I found a getaway through II for a 3 bedroom at the Tropicana. We have friends coming this year! My questions are 1) what floor are the 3 bedrooms on? 2) are the 3 bedrooms been redone yet? and 3) where can I find a layout of the rooms?
    Thank you in advance

welcome to your first posting mrsbud!

i hope folks can give you info!

we stayed at the Trop 14 months ago on the 2nd floor in a 2 bedroom unit that had not yet been renovated.
    (building 46)
here is a property map https://troparuba.com/wp-content/upl...rty_map_sm.pdf

and i was unaware that there were 3 bedroom units.
    are those considered the penthouses?

Don't know what floor the 3 bedrooms are on; but they are just like the regular units.
Some have washer/dryers and 2 bathrooms

the 2 bedroom we were in had 2 large bedrooms, 2 large baths, a fully appointed kitchen with newer appliances and a washer and dryer.
    we were quite comfortable.
    there were 6 of us.
    4 adults and 2 toddlers.

Welcome to the posting side of the Aruba.com Community Forum Mrsbud!

I hope someone will be able to tell you exactly. I *think* the 3BR is the same as a 2BR, but with a lock-off BR with 2 twin beds. Please contact the resort directly and ask to be sure. We've stayed in 2BR units many times over the years, including Aug 2017. They were on the 3rd & 4th floor. Many years ago we were in a 1BR unit and decided to inquire about moving to a 2BR. They came up and unlocked a door that we thought was a storage or maintenance closet - wrong - it was another bedroom!

We stayed a long time ago in a 3 bedroom that was on the ground floor. We actually liked the ground floor as it was easy to get in and out. The building we were in faced the parking lot where the casino is/was. To be honest, the views were nothing special but we didn't care because we were never in our room. It didn't really matter what floor we were on as the view would be the same. Being on the ground floor was ideal. The villa was really big and and all the bedrooms were very spacious. Tons of room. The master was on one side of the living room and the other two bedrooms were on the opposite side of the living room.

3 bedrooms are on all floors. It's not a lock-off. I pretty sure there is only one 3 bedroom unit on each floor. One side of unit has a full kitchen with oven and enclosed behind doors the washer/dryer. On same side as kitchen is a bedroom with king-size bed. Bathroom outside bedroom. Other side of unit has one bedroom with 2 double beds and a another bedroom with queen bed. Another bathroom is between the 2 bedrooms.
