We have two bedroom, two bath villa for rent in Marriott Surf Club available for 11/20-27/04. It has 1200 sq. ft. and accomodates up to eight people. It is an oceanfront unit with beautiful views of the ocean.
Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer in suite, a color TV in each room, jacuzzi, etc.
Everything is brand new. Surf Club is opening in July 2004.
Marriott charges $480/night plus 18% taxes.
We will charge $350/night, and no taxes to pay. No extra fees, or hidden charges.
We can change this week to any other week between now and Nov-2004.

I understand that daily housekeeping is not included,is that true ?
