I have a time share for rent in the Occidental Grand Aruba. It is an All Inclusive resort. Below is the ad I posted last week. The only problem is that we have floating weeks from weeks 18 to 26 which are May 6th through July 8th. It is on a first come first served basis. I am getting $1000 for the 7 days, the rest is what the resort charges for the all inclusive rate. Believe me, you will not be sorry, this is a 5 star resort.
RENTAL: Ocean Front 1 Bedroom Supreme Suite (Timeshare) at the Occidental Grand Aruba. There is 1800 square feet of living area, which has a master bedroom, a kitchen with stocked bar, a living area and 2 full bathrooms. Both the master bedroom and living area walls have sliding doors (more like a wall of glass) that opens up on to the terrace overlooking the ocean. The view is beautiful! This is a Platinum Plus top of the line suite. The weeks that I can offer are 18 to 26 (May 6Th to July 1st) and 35 to 50 (Sept. 9Th to Dec. 16Th). It is all inclusive, which means that you get all your food, drinks and entertainment included in one price. If you want to enjoy a wonderful vacation at a 5 star resort, on a beautiful, friendly Island, this is the place to go.
The cost is $2,400 for the week, for 2 people or if 4 people stay in the suite it would be $3800 for the week.
This is the All Inclusive price, once paid you will not have to worry about paying for your suite, drinks, snacks all meals and entertainment at the resort.
You will be responsible for your own air fare.
This resort, formally known as Allegro Aruba, has been closed since April of 2005 to remodel. It is reopening in early 2006 as a 5 Star Resort. People are already booking for 2006 and it will be on a first come first served basis so some of the weeks mentioned above may all ready be taken. If you want to rent it, do it soon as it is booking up fast.
100% of the rental amount has to be paid in order to make the reservations.
