Thank you for your mail and interest showed in buying the weeks #18 + #19 at Playa Linda Beach Resort. The details are as following:

The weeks are #18 (this year: April 28 - May 5, 2002) and #19 (May 5 - May 12, 2002). The unit nr. is # 250 and it has ocean view. The unit is a one (1) bedroom. The annual maintenance fee per week is US$ 526.=.
Regarding special assesments planned in the future, I don't know; there is nothing owned on it; the unit is not lockout and the trading organization is RCI.
My asking price is US$ 5000.= for one week and for both weeks US$ 9000.=.
