Could someone explain to me what everyone means by Week 51, Week 22, etc.?

Re: Week?

the dates you are asking about in 2006 is week 51 if you go sat to sat. ask the time share people for a calendar of weeks your weeks might be different if you go on a fri or a thurs. so you need to get one that has the day of the week you are going for some years you might have 52 weeks and some might be 53 so you have to follow the time share calendar of your timeshare . some places like casa del mar only has sat to sat check in la cabana has thursday to sun check in . e mail them or go on their web site and you can pull up a calander and print it out.

Re: Week?

dec. 24th starts week 51.

go above at top of page and click on "what to do" link. then click on "events" link. then set calendar to the date you want and the week # is on the left. also it lists events going on at that time.

Re: Week?

They are the weeks in the calendar. For example, week 11 is in march ,March 17 thru the 24th. Most time shares are by the week #.If you count the calendar weeks starting with the first Sat of the year that will be the 1st week. Some places start with Friday to Friday...Others Sunday to Sunday.
Dec 23rd is week 56, Sunday to Sunday..
Hope this helps!

Re: Week?

Depends on whether the resort has a Friday, Saturday or Sunday checkin date.

At my resort, for 2006, The Divi Phoenix, the check in date is Saturday. This year December 23-30 is week 51. Week 52 is December 30-January 6. At a Sunday check in resort, week 52 would start on December 24-31 and week 53 would be December 31-January 7. At a Friday check in resort, December 22 -29 would be week 52, Week 53 would be December 29-Jan. 5. It is confusing. If you have an RCI book, I believe they have a calendar in the front. Hope this helps. Always ask the dates before making a commitment. Linda
