I may have a week 4 studio at the Phoenix Beach Resort for rent. I will know for sure on this upcoming Friday. for sure. This resort has all amenities and is located on Palm Beach next door to the Wyndham. Week 4 is the Jan 24-Jan 31. It is a Saturday to Saturday timeshare rental and is a studio.
