Hello; Are those the units, that have the concrete steps coming down from them? What is the sleeping situation, as far as bed sizes? M. ORing

This is a ground floor unit. So there is only 4 steps into the unit. The bedroom has a king size bed and in the living room there is a convertable couch.

Gated front yard with lounge chairs. Truly a remarkable unit. You walk out your door and you are 10 feet from beach.
