What is the rate?

I am interested in buying a timeshare a LaCabana.

I have been told that Lacabana is haveing financial problems. Have you heard this to be true? I have also heard that the maintenance fees are going up every year to make up for the lack of ownership, Is this true?

Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.

it depends really, it is not really the lack of ownership it is the people who own and don't pay their maintenance fees and if they do and don't let lacabana know they are not using their room for their time la cabana can't rent that room to earn extra revenue. it is the villas really that is having the problem and the casino. well lacabana just got smart and forclosed on alot of those people who haven't paid their maintenance fees for over 2 years and put them up for sale and it was a great success cause alot were bought so that brought money into the facility and the maintance fees go up cause of many reasons which i really don't understand all of it. i would buy at la cabana again and again i love aruba and i love la cabana
