Week 7 CPV Feb 12-19 Need to lease or lose

We can't use our unit this year. We would like to try renting it out. It is a 2 BR with 2 kitchens & baths etc (lock-off) that can sleep 10 or 6 / 4. Make an offer for either the whole unit -studio or master suite. Will consider any reasonable offer. We need to cover the fees and some change.

It is not on the beach but 3 minutes away. You will love the setting.
