We can't use our unit this year. We would like to try renting it out. It is a 2 BR with 2 kitchens & baths etc (lock-off) that can sleep 10 or 6 / 4. Make an offer for either the whole unit -studio or master suite. Will consider any reasonable offer. We need to cover the fees and some change.

It is not on the beach but 3 minutes away. You will love the setting.

We have rented the studio but we still have the one bedroom with full kitchen. It sleeps up to 6. It is a nice first floor location near the pool and courtyard.

We'd like to get $750 to cover maintence fees, etc. Let us know if you are interested.
