We're booking tonight - help!
Hi - We're getting ready to book our trip. Biggest concern is that many people say the beach is rocky - and in the water - at Tamarijn. What's the story?
we are booking all inclusive no matter what. Is the beach best at Riu, Occidental etc... we are two single girls who like to have fun but appreciate a great beach with clear water and sand etc...

2 single girls....i would think staying at the high rises are better - more things to do, more people (generally younger crowds). if you're looking for an all inclusive then the riu would be a good choice in the high rise area.
arubalisa would be ale to give you more details on the tam. |

It is no longer rocky with the exception of some rocks between the building 1500 - 1800. The beach looks great in front of 1100 - 1300 and 1400 and 1900 to 2500. Beach Conditions Buildings 1100 - 1800 March 2009 Beach Conditions Buildings 1900 - 2500 March 2009 ![]()

booking tonight
If you didn't book yet, I think Occidental is the best location for a bunch of single girls. Its within walking distance to some great bars, Hard Rock, great restaurants and it has great restaurants.
