Where to Stay?
My friend is having a vacation in Aruba by next month. Where is the best place to stay there?

Well.......................
There are two main areas.
The "High Rise" area, Palm Beach, which are your American style hotels and has a lot of restaurants with in walking distance. Some may say it is very crowded.
The "Low Rise" area, Eagle Beach, which has smaller hotels(except possibly the La Cabana) and is usually uncrowded. There a few restaurants within walking distance.
Either area you have the option of using the very good bus system, ARUBUS, or take taxis.

Location: Divi Aruba and Tamarijn, Flying Fishbone, Alhambra casino, anywhere on the beach... especially Baby Beach, Guadirikiri (sp) cave.

Stay at the Tamarijn all inclusive and get to use the Divi aruba beach resort all inclusive also. Or stay at the Divi (a little nicer) and use the Tamarijn for free. See www.geocities.com/THEFEEL2002 and also www.megaresorts.com

Funny you ask since you recommended La Cabana to someone in another thread along with a link to a place in Tahoe?
