Since the Allegro will be closed in October, we are staying at the Wyndham. For those who have stayed there, do you recommend the all inclusive plan? If not, are food and drinks at the hotel expensive? Can you take your own beer and mixed drinks to the pool/beach if you buy your own at the grocery/liquor store?

I wouldn't go back to the Wyndham but if you do don't go all-inclusive. By the dine-around much better deal. I heard from others that everything was extra on the all-inclusive, even the potatoes!

The dine-around allowed us to have breakfast there (and many other places) and to pick the best restaurants on the island.
