Hi Catherine,
Small world and getting smaller everyday! My best friend growing up was born the day before me. We no longer keep in touch, but it is my in-laws anniversary.

Ling and Sons is only open until 1 pm on Sunday, but I "think" Hong King may be open until 2 or so.
Balashi is the locally brewed beer and Amstel Bright is a light lager as is Balashi. Bright is only sold in the ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire and Curacao) and the Netherlands. I prefer Bright over Balashi but just a slight edge. The light lager go down easy in the heat.
