Hello Thea,

I was bouncing around this forum and I came across your post regarding Gold Coast. I'm actually here on the island and I'm here for a minimum of 3 months. I'm here for Real Estate purposes and in fact have potential dealings with Fito Croes.

If you have not yet been in touch with him regarding pricing and property type, maybe I can be of some assistance. Is that a possiblity? If so, let me know what I can start with and we can go from there.
