Music plays a big part of our culture. We love to dance and sing. So any chance I get I like to sing songs for our visitors. I have a few favorite songs I sing in our local language, Papiamento. To get a great sense of our culture and history you should experience the Bonbini Festival at Fort Zoutman in town. The steel drums, folkloric dancing and brightly colored costumes are something your ears and eyes and soul will never forget.
