For your birthday next month you should head to Hadicurari (great seafood) or Flying Fishbone (off the beaten path but worth the taxi fare because you're sipping wine with your toes in the water).

You must go horseback riding at Rancho Daimari. I had a blast on the trails and being able to full gallop on the beach is breathtaking. I highly recommend going there.
