Consistently one of the island’s most popular restaurants, Tony Roma’s Palm Beach is currently undergoing new and exciting changes. Trends in dining dictate that an integral part of the dining experience is in the ambiance, and Tony Roma’s Palm Beach is in the process of remodeling and adding on to the renowned restaurant. Gone will be the somewhat generic and uniform look of the interior of the building, with a talented team of interior designers creating a more cosmopolitan feel, which is also warm and inviting.

Management has dictated several changes to take place in the dining room to create a better sense of place; the bar area is going to expand with a state-of-the-art wraparound, 360-degree bar being added on, as well as the installation of more screens for viewing of sporting events. The bar will be like a destination within a destination-a place where guests can come and have a few beers or cocktails, eat, and watch the game. The main dining room will be seeing the addition of new, more comfortable booths-some large enough to seat big families. Large groups will continue to have a separate banquet room available for special occasions and private parties. The banquet room is also slated to undergo enhancements that will be ready in time for the busy holiday season.

Additionally, Tony Roma’s Palm Beach is constructing an outdoor playground
for the enjoyment of families. Construction began this week, but management
assures that the restaurant will be open for business every day, with all
work taking place after closing hours, and with no disturbance to guests.
