July 29th, 2010 Caribbean sail offers a two hour sunset experience with open bar and Caribbean buffet menu every Tuesday.
The menu consists of: Caribbean rice, Grouper in Creole sauce, Keshi Yena, rosemary potatoes, curry chicken, corn on the cob, fried plantains and for desert pineapple coconut cake.
