Aruba International Arts Foundation co-founder Stan Kuiperi to give a lecture at the World Cultural Economic Forum in New Orleans

Stan Kuiperi, an art education teacher and visual artist residing in Aruba will give a lecture about Aruban Arts at the World Cultural Economic Forum (WCEF) in New Orleans.
<p>
He will also join the panel ‘How to Grow the Creative Workforce’. In relation to this Mr. Kuiperi will defend the key question which is “How does Aruba use, or how will it use, culture as part of its economy?”

The Aruba International Arts Foundation (AIAF) has received an invitation to attend and participate in the World Cultural Economic Forum (WCEF) in New Orleans after participating at the “Arts Olympiad 2006” and “World Child Art Festival 2007” in Washington DC, where the Aruban student Marifer Aguirre of 15 years old represented the youth of Aruba.

Marifer Aguirre has received an invitation to participate in the WCEF International Youth Panel which is part of the official program of the WCEF congress.

Aruba is proud to have two Arubans attend and participate in the World Cultural Economic Forum congress in New Orleans, Louisiana which will take place on October 30th and 31st, 2008.
