Enter Aruba’s latest seafood restaurant! Open for just two weeks, Blue Lobster’s Chef Sandro and his kitchen and dining room crew were enthusiastically welcomed by food-lovers, rewarding the chef with a full dining room, three out of the first seven nights. Guests hailing from the high rise and low rise resorts flocked to the door to applaud the culinary presentation and taste, leaving the restaurant with a promise to return.
The locals were not far behind the visitors, also eager to sample the special menu of local specialties for lunch, many of them returning with assorted family members for dinner.
