ADE's touring creativity platform Global Sessions heads to Aruba on September 4-5. As part of the Electric Festival (EF) ADE presents two days with exclusive industry meetings, top notch Q&A’s, pop-up parties, master classes and exhibitions with a special focus on electronic dance music in the Latin American and Caribbean region as an intersection between North and South America.

    Our first confirmed speakers include:

    • Edo van Duyn, Live Events Director at SFX South America. Mr. Van Duyn has promoted many international artist tours and has been running the Brazilian SkolBeats Festival (the biggest dance festival in the world in 2006). This year his company was behind the sucessful roll out of Tomorrowland Brasil.
    • Brandon Bakshi, Executive Director, Writer/Publisher Relations, Europe & Asia at BMI. Mr. Bakshi is a key figure in the international song writing and publishing community and while at BMI he has been responsible for the signing of Daft Punk, Afrojack, Shaggy, Avicii, Deadmau5 and many others.
    • Ivan Berry, CEO C2W Music. Mr. Berry has been working closely with artists throughout the Caribbean for many years and has a roster of talent that includes Keshia Chanté, Caribbean diva and singer-songwriter Shazelle and many more.

What more to expect at ADE Global Sessions Aruba:

    • Top-notch Q&A’s – top name artists discussing their career in-depth and intimate settings.
    • Island Culture – talks and performances centred on the importance of island culture for international club music, remix and DJ culture.
    • ADE Studio Sessions – insightful master classes and artist collaborations.
    • Strategy Meetings – exclusive get-togethers: connect with the movers and shakers over a drink or during lunch and diner on the most beautiful spots on the island.
