Steak lovers will relish new highlighted prime cuts including a bone-in filet, bone-in New York strip, and show-stopping Tomahawk Rib eye — a mouthwatering 40 ounces of prime bone-in rib eye, carved tableside. When ordering a bone-in cut, the guest is the star with new experience-focused menu selections. Choose your own style of Laguiole or Henckle knife, presented tableside in hand-carved knife boxes.
Customize your meal with your favorite sauce from the dipping trio or select your own pairing of seasonal surf and turf options. Order an expertly crafted cocktail from our list, or tailor it with the liquor of your choice. The classic white chocolate bread pudding is even made to suit your tastes with optional spirited sauces prepared with Chambord, Frangelico, Grand Marnier or Tia Maria.
