One of the resort’s Blue Energy Committees, the one in charge of Team Members activities prepared an engaged and engaging agenda for this week, designated as Appreciation Week.
The program took off with a Fun Walk on May 2 1st with about 80 team members and their families. They signed up and participated, promoting a healthy lifestyle. The program then continued with Coffee & Donuts, on May 23rd, energizing team members as they arrived at the employee entrance, to work on Monday morning. Tom Potter conducted an Appreciation Huddle, on May 24th. The senior VP has been with Hilton for more than 35 years and shared some of his experiences with team members in Aruba. A Scavenger Hunt followed on May 24th, with five competitive teams who went around the resort in search of hidden treasures. Bingo was played in the Cafeteria on May 25th, at 12noon and 5pm, which provided all with a much-deserved respite. Another Coffee Break with sweet treats was offered on May 27th, the on the following Monday, on the 30th, appreciation week concluded with an Ice Cream & Pizza Party in Ballroom, with games.
