Esta compania J Amigos es la peor compañia de alquiler de carro que jamas habia visto. No cumplen con sus reservaciones y ademas se burlan de los clientes de una manera impresionante. El trato es de lo ultimo y por lo que pude percibir no le cumplen sino al mejor postor porque en temporada increiblemente la gente se queda sin su reservacion por arte de magia????? o por arte de SUBASTA al mejor postor!!!!! |

I refused it. She talked me into following her assistant to the main office to get a "good" car. The assistant took me on a 25 minute wild goose chase that included picking up her boyfriend at a car dealer. To get my money back I literally had to get the police involved |

Warning! Skull and crossbones, the whole bit - stay away! I reserved a car from them at AUA. When I arrived they promptly filled out the paperwork. Then the agent went to get the car. She came back - it wouldn't start. So she got me another car that looked like it had been put together from spare parts. .

I have been coming to Aruba for years and have always rented from Amigo Car Rental. The owners are warm and friendly and run a very professional company. The service is excellent and I have never had a problem with any of the cars. |
