I spent a week at this resort and I was not happy at all. The place was not clean, some of the staff was rude at the private island. The staff at the Sole Bar was the best. They work very hard and are not appreciated. The rooms at the suites are dirty, old and are in need of major upgrades. I was upset that I gave up my timeshare at Caribbean Palm Village for this place. |
