Aruba’s sunset restaurant is an open-air palapa hut with wooden floors perched on a pier at a little local harbour with a majestic view. The ambiance is cozy and the décor inspired by the colours of the sea, beach and sun. The diverse international menu and daily specials have a distinct touch of the Caribbean. Our staff is attentive and friendly. Follow the signs to General Aviation, a right turn just past Reina Beatrix Airport. Begin with an appetizer of smoked rib-eye, tuna tataki or scallops and shrimp. A wide variety of exquisite entrées includes jumbo shrimp, fresh island catch, roast pork, duck, rack of lamb, ossobuco and filet mignon. Vegetarians will enjoy the pineapple filled with stir-fried vegetables. Apfelstrudel and forest berry soup are perfect finales. |
