Located at Blue Residences, offering sweeping ocean views from Mirador and overlooking the pool, The Kitchen Table is a unique dining experience, offered by Aruban chef Urvin Croes and his team.

The Kitchen Table features an Aruban-Caribbean inspired dinner menu in a very exclusive setting, with only 16 comfortable seats surrounding a U-shaped dining table. Your gastronomic feast will start at Mirador, watching the sunset while savoring the first two courses matched by a cocktail.

Chef Urvin Croes is known for his tasty menu creations and fabulous food presentations, earning him fame both in Aruba and abroad. He always tries to include as many local products and flavors into his contemporary dishes, that offer a feast for both the eyes as well as your taste buds.
