More than 870 years of experience lauded at the Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino

The Hilton Aruba Caribbean Resort & Casino celebrated its first anniversary under the Hilton Hotels & Resorts flag and on the occasion of that opportune moment, the department of Human Resources orchestrated an anniversary celebration for resort Team Members, recognizing important five, ten, fifteen, twenty and twenty five years of uninterrupted service at the Grande Dame of Palm Beach, honoring more than 870 years of joint experience.

As the associates congregated at the Grand Caribbean Ballroom, team members were called on stage to be praised for their dedication, receive a standing ovation from their peers, and a commemorative certificate from resort management.

“We are proud of what our Team Members have achieved,” said General Manager Olivier Maumaire, ” as the resort celebrates its first year as a Hilton, many of our employees have been here for much longer. We’re happy to host a special life-event, stating that as added value of a thriving hospitality business, we also created stability, peace of mind and prosperity for the Aruban community, offering long-term employment and career opportunities.” 

The banqueting staff and culinary brigade matched the efforts made by Team Members by delivering a flawless lunch event, with an excellent buffet and dessert.

During the day, Team Members were greeted by a warm morning welcome with coffee and sweets, and were also spoiled again in the afternoon with coffee and sweets.
