Once you get past the reservation process the Costa Linda is a nice place. I assumed I reserved a 2 bdr unit. The person making the reservation never mentioned anything less than a 2 bdr. The confirmation didn't indicate the type of room. We were given a 1 bdr. Although the hotel admitted it was their fault, the reservation manager, Swienda was uncooperative, rude and inconsiderate. She made not attempt to resolve the situation. If you choose to stay, get they type of room on your confirmation. |
