The Hyatt was the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. The room was clean and luxurious. The food, while slightly was incredible. My favorite meal was the barbecued Mahi. The grounds were exceptional. The pool was enormous and didn't feel crowded at all. My wife and son both loved the waterslide. The staff was extremely friendly. We also loved the swim-up bar for lunch and drinks. I don’t recommend reserving a palapa unless you spend a lot of time just lounging. |

I have stayed here 5 times. The staff will go above and beyond for you. The pool and resort are immaculate and offer something for everyone,water slide,tennis,a great gym and spa,top rated restaurants, several bars, a juice bar, pool volleyball, tons of daily activities, a casino, and renovated rooms with balconies. You cannot beat the location,tons of places to eat and shop just accross the street. Red sail sports is also on premesis, which is great for last minute water adventures. |

What a fantastic hotel. The rooms were wonderful and the grounds are just beauitful.
The staff was helpful (as long as you were not at the beach.
During our stay we came to find out that if you wanted a hut or a floatie you needed to be in line at 6:00 am in the morning. For a hotel of this size and price this was more than a bit odd. So, we had to rent an umbrella and a floatie all week because we were not going to get up at 5:30 to be in a line. VACATION........HELLO. Well anyway we had s |

I have been staying at the Hyatt for about 13 years. I have to say that it is the best hotel that I have ever stayed at. The staff here is top notch. I have been coming here for so long that it has become like the theme song to Cheers. Sometimes you want to go where everybody knows your name. At the Hyatt, they do. I love the staff from the grounds guys to the guys at the towel hut. Can't wait to see everyone in July like I always do. |
