Hotel/Time share refurbisment

This is a difficult question, a real test of the local knowledge! :lol:
Do any of you know which hotel or time share is currently undergoing complete refurbishment? Any information would be much appreciated. Thank you.

The rooms at both La Cabana Beach & Racquet Club (http://www.lacabanabrc.com/) & The Aruban Resort and Casino (http://www.thearuban.com/) (former La Cabanan Villas) are both being renovated. Neither resort is closed so rooms are not being done all at once.

If you are looking for a timeshare resort with "new accommodations" the Divi LINKS is the newest timeshare resort as well as Marriott's Surf Club (though some portions of that resort have been open for some time).
