My father and mother took us all to aruba for vacation when i was only fife years old but granpa says I am big . we stayd at a small hotel on the sea. mai sister liked it alot. i cut my name in a tree with the nife from the hotel. nobody cached me.

My parents kept taking us back to Aruba year after year and I have to say that I really think they were way-cool to have done that. The girls are way out of sight. Aruba Rocks!

The feeling of seeing how my new bride reacted to this place. This wonderful island always brought us so much pleasure as a family. And now I have my own family to share this with. Not to mention the guys at work who sit and salivate instead of coming also. Some things are tradition, I guess this will be one of them.

The tranquility that the ocean brings to me has never changed. This trip - different in a profound way - is the first time I come here alone. My parents are now memories, and Martha gave in to a heart, weaker than mine. My how I miss her. Somehow she is here I think. In the breezes and the sounds of the wind in the palms. I am sure she speaks to me here.

Well, last night was one heck of a toot! That damned casino finally gave me back some of the money I have been depositing for years. I sure wish Martha could be here to see it. The nice fella from the hotel wheeled me to that old crusty tree and lifted me a moment. There it was! Not as clear as when I originally carved it in but there it was. "I M HEAR."

Doc tells me this should be my last trip. I told him to go to hell. How about that Martha?

Andrea, CP - Thank you, i am glad you enjoyed it.

I received an e-mail message about the different fonts and sizes and want to give that a short explanation.

The changes are meant to reflect the different stages or changes in one persons life and 'Yes' there is one mistake in it but I left it there. The child carves his name but the elderly man reads a message and not a name. OOOPS but I liked it.
