When I asked the nice lady at the Passport Health Services office the price, she hesitated and told me $250 almost apologetically.
I told her our travel dates in Nov and she said WAIT and things will change.

for folks in central ohio area, i called and talked to these people. they have several locations in and around columbus. if you have insurance the test is free, if not, it is $150. if you are tested prior to 3pm, they guarantee a 48 hour turnaround. they ship overnight to testing facility.

www.family-urgentcare.com is the website. we are hoping for good luck with our scheduled october trip.

Thank you, Todd!! We are in Dayton and are also planning to go in October (so far). I would drive to Columbus in a heartbeat to make sure we could get these tests done in time!
