I got my first water bill yesterday and looked at online payment options. It appears that CIBC is not option for paying online? Does anyone have any experience with paying utilities or property taxes via CIBC or can suggest any other options? I have read in other posts that some have paid months in advance with cash which I would certainly consider if that truly is an option.

Per WEB, it only lists the following:

ArubaBank – Go to Aruba Bank online banking (https://onlinebanking.arubabank.com/arubabankonline/)

CMB – Go to CMB online banking (https://online.cmbnv.com/#/login)

RBC – Go to RBC Online Banking (https://aw.rbcnetbank.com/)

Banco di Caribe – Go to Banco di Caribe online banking (https://www.bdconline.net/aua/templates/logon/logon.cfm)

We finally managed to open RBC account if Aruba and online bill payment is very easy. Prior to opening a bank account we paid WEB, ELMAR and SETAR in cash (ALF or USD and you can prepay as much as you want. Just find an office closest to you, water and electricity can be done in one office at Elmer.

Not sure if you realized that these links are to Aruban banks. You cannot do bill payments from USA or Canada based RBC or CIBC account, these have to be opened in Aruba.

I have CIBC, I know that they are working on their online payment system and adding slowly more companies. For now you need to add the companies manually the first time in a desktop.. and pay like that (new payee) good luck!
